I'm super happy. The filter is completely enclosed in a carbon fiber shield. This kit replaces the factory air box and bolts directly to MFA or ADM for E30 cars an adapter is needed.

I feel a little bit of added acceleration in 3rd and 4th. I was very pleased. Don't be fooled by the cheaper kits that stole my and pics, they use a high quality filter, silicone couplet, higher clamps, or rubber strap brackets. A perfect compliment to the miller MFA conversion kits sold enthusiasts since 2008.

High quality on the products I obtained. 7 inlet's which will restrict performance, don't be fooled by cheap imitations aka all the other listings on stealing my pics and , they use a lower quality filter not perform as well.

I'm a huge car enthusiast and try my best to ensure you are happy with the product. If you car is equipped with a MFA or an ADM round inlet this kit will bolt on no other pieces needed. The reason it gets cooler air than stock is because has a direct 3 path to outside air, while box's snorkel was positioned off side behind headlight where only small portion of cool makes.

Its a very clean install and product. This was done by Bmw to keep filters cleaner longer. I bought a ka motors carbon intake for my E30 318Is and love it. This kit will fit many different Bmw engines due to the fact that it doesn't require a custom shield.

Whether you are naturally aspirated or turbocharged this intake will work for. Filter uses a 3 inlet and outlet which let's it fit all FMs MFA kits for the E30, similar on only use Filter is washable and reusable.

Looks fantastic on just about any application. I've done the testing and this kit keeps intake temps 50 degrees cooler than an un shielded cone filter setup more 15 oem air box. I removed the muffler thing on end of it though and just have pipe feeding into without 3 inch cover end, sounds a lot better this way. Kit includes 1-real carbon fiber enclosed air filter w inlet and outlet for 3 couplets a velocity.
